Excellent distinguished Hepatologist
He really turned around my morale while I
was on tx and I truly believe his input played
a large part on my being NEGATIVE at tx end.
He was the third scientist in the world to
identify and isolate the HCV virus in 1989.
He is currently one of the lead researchers
involved in the European Union project to
develop a vaccine for Hepatitis C.
He is also president of the FEHV,
Fondacion para el Estudio de Hepitis Virales.
He is considered Spain's leading
Hepatologist and to top it all he is
very kind and considerate,
qualities not all doctors have !
